  Class Description

In the fourth class, we will encourage you to open your attention to all of your experience and all aspects of who you are. We will continue to cultivate “practicing in the present moment” with appreciation for our intention to wake up from the story lines that arise as we notice that we try to cling onto to some elements of our life while becoming more familiar with our desire to escape and avoid other aspects of what life brings us.

We will focus on:

  • How you relate to what appear to be obstacles as we broaden and deepen the cultivation of self-compassion.
  • Looking at regrets you may have in relationship to some events in your life with an eye towards practicing the first steps towards self-forgiveness.
  • Appreciating and accepting yourself and your human condition.
  • Cultivating compassion for yourself and for all who have and continue to share the wholeness of your life.
